Once the diagnostic is complete, our technician will provide you with a quote for the repair. If you decide to repair your appliance, the service call fee will be waived and you will only have to pay for the repair.

How do you determine your prices for labor?

All of the labor and part costs are calculated according to industry standards. When developing price estimates we refer to the The Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide. Also know as MASPG, is a pricing guide that assists technicians in determining an appropriate cost for making repairs. The cost of labor can range anywhere from $150 to $450 on the low end all the way up to $500 to $800 on the high end.

Do I need to be at home for my service appointment?
